You May Not Be Eligible for the OneNet Discount if ...
You do not present your health plan identification card or identify yourself as an OneNet participant at the health care professionals office.
Services received are not covered by your health care benefit plan.
The OneNet logo and/or other OneNet information is not displayed on your health plan identification card.
If any of the above situations apply, allowance of the discount is at the discretion of the health care professional.
