one priority. A dedicated Account Manager is assigned to each customer to provide a single point of contact for addressing all
your needs promptly and accurately. Our goal is to become the only PPO network you use
in the mid-Atlantic region.
OneNet Member Services Representatives can route calls for benefit
determination, identification cards, and claims status to the telephone lines you specify at no
additional cost to you or your members and plan participants.
Our Member Services Representatives can also assist your members and plan participants with identifying
participating physicians
and health care practitioners and creating personalized network directories.
We understand that when participants need assistance, they appreciate having a live voice on the other end of the telephone, so we keep our Member Services Department staffed 24 hours
a day, seven days a week.
