Alliance PPO is a comprehensive Network of physicians, hospitals, and health care practitioners who provide quality health care services. Payors lease the Alliance PPO network for their members, to obtain a quality health care network that allows members to minimize their health care cost.

 

2. When are the Alliance PPO Member and Professional Services Departments available to answer my questions?


The Alliance PPO Member and Professional Services Departments are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to answer all your claims, repricing and network-related questions.

4. How do I obtain an Alliance PPO Provider Directory?

Click here to obtain customized Directory of Health Care Professionals, or call our Professional Services Department at 1-800-342-6141 to request a regional customized directory. Alliance PPO also distributes the Directory of Health Care Professionals to claims administrators. Directories are also available in CD ROM format. For all directory orders, please fax your requests to Susie Campbell at 1-240-379-1074.

 

5. How do I submit a request to recruit a physician or health care practitioner into the Alliance Network ?
