The Alliance PPO Member and Professional Services Departments
are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to answer
all your claims, repricing and network-related questions.

Alliance PPO also distributes the Directory of Health Care
Professionals to claims administrators. Directories are also
available in CD ROM format. For all directory orders, please fax

the Alliance Network ?
